Receta Avocado And Mushroom Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/8 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Whole grain mustard
- 1/2 c. Sherry wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. Basil leaves,minced
- 12 ounce Red bell pepper,diced
- 12 ounce Green bell pepper,diced
- 1 lb White mushrooms
- 1 x Avacado,whole
- 6 x Butterhead lettuce leaves
- 12 x Italian bread slices
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, mix oil, mustard, vinegar, basil and bell peppers. Set aside. Wash mushrooms and slice. Add in to the dressing mix and marinate for 10 min. Serve each salad portion on a leaf of lettuce. Fan sliced avacado on top and serve with two slices of grilled Italian bread.
