- 2 c. fresh baby lima beans, (about 2 pounds, unshelled) (or possibly one 10-oz package frzn baby lima beans)
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
Direcciones
- 1. In a large saucepan, bring an inch of unsalted water to a boil; add in the lima beans and cook, covered, over moderate heat for 12 min or possibly till tender. Drain.
- 2. Stir in the margarine, salt, pepper, lowfat sour cream, yogurt, parsley, and paprika.
