- 1 lb Hamburger
- 2 x Onions, minced
- 2 x Celery stalks, minced
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
- 1 c. Tomatoes, 28 ounce
- 1 pkt Spaghetti or possibly other pasta 500
- 2 tsp Cheese, blue, crumbled (opt
- 1/4 c. Cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350F. In frypan, brown meat, stirring until light brown & crumbly. Add in onions, celery & green pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add in tomatoes & simmer a few min. Add in salt & pepper. Cook pasta; drain. In buttered 2 quart casserole, combine pasta, sauce & blue cheese.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in a 350F oven for 20 minutes.
