- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice*
- 8 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 sm Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp Sweet red pepper**
- 1/8 tsp Warm red pepper*** Salt & black pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Italian parsley, minced
- 4 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced

- Mix together all the ingredients & let sit for a while to allow the flavours to marry. The use.
- * Or possibly replace with wine vinegar
- ** I use Hungarian paprika, it's sweeter than Spanish
- *** I use cayenne. You need the warm to contrast with the sweet.
