- 2 c. apricot jam
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 lamb chops (4 ounce.)
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients and reduce to 3/4 c.. Broil lamb chops, 3 min on a side. Put in sauce and serve. Serves 4.
