Receta Bacon And Cheddar Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Cornmeal
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 2 c. Buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. Unsalted butter, melted
- 2 c. Mild cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb Cooked bacon, crumbled
Direcciones
- 1. In large bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking soda.
- 2. In another bowl, whisk together Large eggs, lowfat milk, yogurt and butter. Whisk into flour mix just till combined.
- 3. Heat griddle over med heat (350F). Preheat oven to 200F if you want to hold pancakes.
- 4. Pour 1/4 c. of batter, forming 4" rounds and sprinkle 1 tbsp of cheese and bacon onto each pancake. Cook till golden brown, 1-2 mins on each side.
- Serve with cheese and syrup.
