Receta Bacon And Cheese Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. onion
- 1/2 c. minced red or possibly green pepper
- 1 jar (2 ounce) Hormel 100% real home-style bacon pcs
- 2 T butter
- 4 med. potatoes, peeled & diced
- 2 c. chicken broth/stock or possibly bouillon
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 container (10 1/2 ounce) cheese snack
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley
Direcciones
- Saute first 3 ingredients in butter in saucepan. Add in potatoes and broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 15 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Stir in lowfat milk, Cheese Snack and pepper. Cook over low heat till Cheese Snack is melted and soup is hot, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley.Serves 6.
