Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Oscar Mayer lower-sodium bacon - (16 ounce) cut 1/2" pcs
- 8 ounce mushrooms sliced
- 6 x green onions sliced
- 8 ounce fettuccine uncooked
- 8 ounce Philadelphia Free fat-free cream cheese cubed
- 2/3 c. fat-free lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp dry basil leaves crushed
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme leaves crushed
- 1 sm tomato minced
Direcciones
- Cook bacon till crisp; drain. Add in mushrooms and onions to bacon in skillet; cook and stir 4 min. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, cook fettuccine as directed on package in large saucepan; drain. Return fettuccine to saucepan; add in cream cheese, lowfat milk and seasonings. Cook and stir on medium heat till cream cheese melts.
- Toss bacon mix with fettuccine mix; sprinkle with tomato.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
