Receta Bacon, Sourcream, Avocado Omlette

Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs
- lowfat milk and/or possibly mayonnaise
- half of an avocado
- lowfat sour cream
- bacon, minced
- onions (optional)
- salt and pepper
- butter
Direcciones
- In a separate bowl combine 2 Large eggs with mayonnaise and/or possibly lowfat milk.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in microwave or possibly separate skillet and cut into pcs.
- In a large skillet, stir together butter and Large eggs, and cook over medium heat.
- When the Large eggs are done, turn off the heat and add in the bacon, lowfat sour cream, and avocado.
- Fold over the egg carefully to finalize the omlette, let it cold and enjoy!
