Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 4 1/2 ounce Ripe olives -- minced
- 2 ounce Pimientos -- diced
- 4 x Green onions -- finely Minced
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish
- 1 lrg Baguette -- sliced Diagonally
Direcciones
- 1. Mix together cheese, olives, pimientos, green onions, mayonnaise, and horseradish.
- 2. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. cheese mix onto each baguette slice.
- 3. Broil till cheese starts to heat.
- Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
