Receta Bailey's Irish Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 c. crushed Oreos
- 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. plus 2 T Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 1 (1/4 ounce) pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate for garnish, if you like
Direcciones
- Mix melted butter and cookie crumbs. Pat mix into bottom plus 1 1/2 inch up sides of springform pan.
- Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Slowly add in lowfat milk and liqueur to cheese mix. Sprinkle gelatin on warm water; set aside 5 min to soften. Heat on stove or possibly microwave till gelatin dissolves. Add in dissolved gelatin to cream cheese mix. Fold whipped cream into mix. Pour filling into prepared pan, chill at least 2 hrs before unmolding. Decorate top with grated chocolate if you like.
