Receta Baked Apples Stuffed With Pecans And Cinnamon Sugar

Ingredientes
- 4 x Gala aapples, or possibly baking apples
- 4 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, softened and divided
- 2 Tbsp. Light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Pecans, minced
- 1 tsp Lemon zest, finely grated
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- 2. Butter a small glass baking dish with 2 Tbsp. of the butter.
- 3. Slice 1/4-inch off the bottoms of the apples (so they stand up straight) and core them.
- 4. Combine the brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, pecans, and lemon zest in a small bowl and fill the center of each apple with a quarter of the mix. Dot each apple with the remaining butter.
- 5. Place the apples in the dish and bake for 30-35 min or possibly till soft.
- 6. Serve with freshly whipped cream, if you like. 1997 Lifetime
