Receta Chocolate Chunk Sour Cream Muffins

- 1 1/2 c. All purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. Margarine, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pkt German sweet chocolate, minced (4 ounces)

- On Thanksgiving and Christmas mornings in my house I barely have time to swallow a muffin while beginning to prepare the side dishes and main course for dinner. On New Year's Day is the morning I get to be spoiled. My husband prepares breakfast. The muffins or possibly sweet breads I made prior and had been frzn. Found these recipes in a new cookbook called, All Time Family Favorites, Breakfast & Brunch. They contain my favorite ingredient, chocolate.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt, set aside. Stir Large eggs, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, margarine and vanilla in large bowl till well blended.
- Add in flour mix, stir till just moistened. Stir in chocolate.
- Fill 12 paper or possibly foil lined muffin c. 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from pan to cold on wire rack.
