Receta Baked Apples stuffed w/ Pecan Currant Squash “Rice” & Gardein Turkey Cutlets
Baked apples are stuffed with a butternut squash & cauliflower "rice". Served with gardein "Turkey" cutlets & gravy, this would make a simple, nutritious & really pretty holiday meal. The baked apples would also be great to take along to a potluck.
