Receta Baked Beef Potpie

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Hamburger
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 pkt (16-oz) frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 can (26-oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Bisquick or possibly other baking mix (I used homemade mix)
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr

- Fry hamburger and minced onion together; drain and put mix in an ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan. In a separate bowl, put the frzn mixed vegetables, garlic pwdr, cream of chicken soup and 1 c. of the lowfat milk. Mix well and pour over the hamburger-onion mix. Mix together the Bisquick and remaining 1 1/2 c. of lowfat milk (will be thin). Pour over the mix in the pan. Bake at 450 degrees till crust is golden. (It took about 40 min for me, but ovens vary).
- You could use diced chicken, turkey, or possibly ham, or possibly tuna instead of the grnd beef.
