Receta Buttermilk Pancake Mix

- 9 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. potato flour (optional)
- 1/3 c. baking pwdr
- 1 T salt
- 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. sweet whey pwdr or possibly instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. powdered buttermilk
- 2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. buttermilk pancake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. water
Direcciones
- In a very large bowl mix the dry ingredients together. Cut the shortening into the dry ingredients just as you would for biscuits. Store fold in a tightly covered container.For pancakes:
- Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
