Receta Baked Cheese Dish

Ingredientes
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 10 slices white bread, cubed (without crusts)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
Direcciones
- Heat stick of butter in 9 x 13 inch dish. Beat egg yolks in medium mixing bowl with whisk beater. Add in lowfat milk, salt, red pepper, cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Fold beaten egg whites into mix. Pour into melted butter dish. Chill overnight or possibly freeze for later. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min or possibly till brown on top. Serves 6 to 8.
