- 2 x Beaten Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 c. Crushed cornflakes
- 6 x Chicken legs or possibly thighs
Direcciones
- Dip chicken pcs in flour then beaten Large eggs and then in crumb mix.
- Bake in warm oven 425 F about 25 min.
