Receta Baked Chicken In Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 frying chicken, cut up
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can (4 1/2 ounce) mushrooms, liquid removed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Dredge chicken in seasoned flour. Heat butter in shallow baking pan or possibly casserole. Add in chicken skin side down. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Mix liquid liquid removed from mushrooms with soup and wine. Add in mushrooms and lowfat sour cream. Turn chicken skin side up and cover with sauce. Bake about 30 min longer or possibly till chicken is tender. Two cans of small potatoes may be added along with sauce the last 30 min of baking time.Serves 6.
