Receta Baked Chimichangas

Ingredientes
- 6 x 12-inch flour tortillas
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 can (15-ounce) black beans, liquid removed
- 1 can (7-ounce) diced green chilies, undrained
- 1/3 c. Green onions, sliced
- 1 can (4-ounce) sliced black olives, liquid removed Lettuce Shredded cheddar or possibly jack cheese Salsa (your favorite)
Direcciones
- In a skillet thoroughly cook the meat, drain and set aside. In the same skillet combine and saute/fry lightly the beans, chiles, onions and olives. Add in the cooked meat to the mix and stir. Proportionately distribute the meat mix onto each tortilla, fold tortillas like an envelope and place folded side down on baking sheet. Bake 30-35 min in a 400 degree oven. Serve garnished with the lettuce, cheese and salsa.
