Receta Baked Custard Flan

Ingredientes
- 6 large eggs
- 9 T sugar
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- Little bit of water
Direcciones
- Heat sugar till it caramels.Beat large eggs, sufficient to mix yolks and whites. Add in sugar, lowfat milk, salt and vanilla. Strain. Pour caramel in custard cups or possibly bread pan to coat sides and bottom. Pour in the custard mix. Set cups or possibly pan in a pan with hot water and bake in oven 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till hard.
