Receta Baked Egg-Broccoli-Cheese Pie
Great for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Supper.
Ingredientes
- One 9" frozen pie shell
- 6 Large Eggs Beaten
- 2 tablespoon Light Cream
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- one cup cooked broccoli florets
- 1-1/4 cup White Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 375 F
- Prick the pie shell with a fork several times and place into the oven and bake 5 minutes remove and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl add beaten eggs, light cream salt and black pepper, whisk to combine, add broccoli florets and stir to mix
- Transfer into pie crust, add shredded cheddar cheese and gently mix (cheese should be throughout mixture and on top)
- Place into the oven and bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut wedges, plate and serve.
- Enjoy!
