  • 1 lb boneless skinned chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dry leaf tarragon
  • 2 tsp dry leaf basil
  • 1/2 tsp warm red pepper flakes Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Direcciones

  1. Trim any fat from chicken breasts and lb. lightly between two sheets of waxed paper to flatten. Coat with extra virgin olive oil and place in a baking dish. Add in wine, lemon juice, herbs and pepper flakes, turning chicken to coat both sides.
  2. Cover dish with foil. Bake 25 to 30 min, till chicken is cooked through.
