Receta Baked Marmalade Pancake

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Almond or possibly vanilla extract
- 1/4 lb Unsalted butter
- 6 Tbsp. Orange marmalade =Or possibly=- any citrus marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. Confectioners' sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a medium bowl, whisk the Large eggs, flour, lowfat milk and almond extract till blended. Heat the butter in a large ovenproof skillet over moderate heat. Remove the skillet from the heat and pour in the batter, tilting to cover the bottom of the pan proportionately. Immediately place in the oven and bake for 15 min, or possibly till puffed and golden. Transfer to a serving plate, spread with the marmalade and dust with the sugar; serve immediately.
