Ingredientes
- 1 x Baguette
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Garlic cloves crushed with
- 1 tsp Coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat.
- Cut baguette into 1/4-inch diagonal slices. Mix together extra virgin olive oil, garlic-salt paste, pepper, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Spread the mix onto the slices of bread, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake till golden and fragrant, 5 to 7 min.
