Receta Baked Scallops With Oyster Cracker Crumbs

Ingredientes
- 2 x Cloves garlic halved Italian Parsley a handful
- 2 c. oyster crackers
- 1/2 tsp paprika grated orange peel of 1 orange salt to taste freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lb scallops
- 1/8 c. extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Have on hand a 9x13" baking dish.
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine the garlic and parsley. Pulse till the mix is coarsely minced. Add in the crackers and process again just till they are crushed. Add in the paprika, orange rind, salt, and pepper and process just till thoroughly combined.
- Set the scallops in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the crumb mix and drizzle with the oil. Bake 20 min or possibly till they feel springy when pressed. Serve at once.
