- Scrub and open oysters on deep shell; cut away from shell but don't remove, being careful to retain all juices. Place oysters on baking sheet. Add in cracker crumbs to each oyster sufficient to absorb juices. Add in 1/2 tsp. butter to each oyster. Bake at 400 degrees till golden. Makes 4 servings.
