  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Heat three Tbsp. butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook scallions, stirring constantly about 10 min. Stir in curry pwdr, flour and salt, mixing well. Add in lowfat milk, increase heat and cook till mix boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in lowfat sour cream, pasta and seafood, and pour mix into a buttered baking dish.
  2. Heat remaining Tbsp. of butter and combine with bread crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over seafood mix and bake uncovered about 30 min.
