Receta Baked Weakfish With Herb Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb weakfish fillets cut serving size
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp marjoram
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp tarragon
- 3 Tbsp. minced pimiento
- 1/3 c. dry vermouth or possibly dry white wine Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Rinse weakfish fillets or possibly portions and pat dry with a paper towel. Place fillets or possibly portions in a baking dish coated with vegetable oil cooking spray.
- Thoroughly mix low fat yogurt, mayonnaise, marjoram, thyme, onion pwdr, rosemary, tarragon and pimientos. Spread mix proportionately on top of fillets. Pour vermouth or possibly dry white wine over fish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
