Receta Balsamic Chicken
This is just a quick tasty meal. I was looking for something different to dress up my chicken. I wanted something quick I could throw together after work. Its got a great taste to it and is quick to make. My kind of cooking!
I have made this with just onions and sometimes I slice up roasted red peppers in it. It is great either way. Serve this over some buttered egg noodles with a green veggie and you got yourself a winner, weeknight, 30 minute meal!
Ingredientes
- 2 chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup balsamic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoon butter
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Salt and pepper the chicken breast
- Coat them with the bread crumbs
- Add 1 tablespoon to pan and brown chicken breast
- Remove from pan and place in a covered oven safe dish
- drizzle a little balsamic over the chicken and add 1/2 cup chicken stock to dish
- Bake at 350.
- On stove top, add 1/2 cup balsamic and the rest of the chick stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce sauce by half
- Add 1 tablespoon of Mustard and 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Mix well and pour mixture over top of chicken.
- Continue baking until chicken juices run clear. Should be a total cook time about 30 minutes, depending on your oven.
