Ingredientes
- 1 med Vidalia onion
- 1 c. balsamic vinegar (250 milliliters)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (15 milliliters)
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil (125 milliliters)
Direcciones
- Grate onion directly into frying pan add in balsamic vinegar and heat on medium stirring till balsamic vinegar is reduced to about half.
- Add in Dijon mustard and extra virgin olive oil whisk all and let cold Drizzle over salad.
