Receta Banana All Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. all bran cereal
- 1 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 3 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. cubed banana
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- Minced cranberries may be used
Direcciones
- Sift together flour, salt, baking pwdr and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside. Measure all Bran cereal and lowfat milk into large mixing bowl. Stir to put together. Let stand 2 min. Add in large eggs and oil. Beat well. Stir bananas, raisins and orange peel. Add in dry ingredients to cereal, stirring only till combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 (2 1/2 inch) muffin pan cups. Bake at 400 degrees 25 min or possibly till brown. Serve hot.
