Receta Banana Apple Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. margarine softened
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mashed bananas (2 bananas)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 2 x apples minced
- 1/2 c. black walnuts minced
Direcciones
- * Use stick margarine, not the soft kind, or possibly use butter.
- Cream together margarine and sugars,beat in Large eggs thoroughly.
- Blend in lowfat sour cream, banana and vanilla. Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda and cinnamon. Gradually add in to butter mix. Gently mix in minced apples and nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake about 1 hour at 375F.Cold before slicing.
