Receta Banana Au Gratin (Jamaican)

Ingredientes
- 12 x green bananas
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c. cheese grated
- 2 x Large eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Booil banans till cooked. Mash. Add in lowfat milk, butter, cinnamon, Large eggs, salt & 3/4 c. cheese. Mix well.
- Put into a greased baking dish, sprinkle the rest of cheese on top. Bake for 15 min in a slow oven. Garnish with parsley.
