Ingredientes
- 4 x Bananas, peeled Lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Finely minced pecans
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
Direcciones
- Dip bananas in lemon juice; arrange in a greased 2 quart. baking dish.
- Sprinkle with raisins & pecans.
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar, syrup and water and cook over medium heat till bubby. Spoon syrup over bananas, dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Serve with whipped cream if you like.
