  1. In saucepan, combine lowfat milk, cream, Large eggs, and sugar. Cook and stir over low heat till mix thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon. Cold to room temperature. Puree bananas in blender ( 1 c.). Combine cooled custard, bananas, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Pour into freezer container.
  2. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
