- 1 tsp Dry Yeast
- 2 c. Bread Flour
- 1 c. Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/8 tsp Ascorbic Acid
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Mixed Spices
- 1 x Egg
- 1 x Banana Sliced
- 3/4 c. Water Approx

- I wasn't sure how much water I would need so I added half a c. at the start then poured in some more once the mixing was underway - sufficient to make the usual consistency. The loaf rose really well and tastes a treat.
