  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9"x13" pan. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla and blend thoroughly. Sift together flour , baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat sour cream, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Stir in bananas and pecans.
  3. Spread batter proportionately over bottom of pan and bake 40 to 45 min. Cold and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
  4. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Combine all ingredients and blend well.
