Receta Banana - Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1-1 1/2 c. (3 lg.) ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 18 muffin tins or possibly line with paper. Mix butter and brown sugar till fluffy. Add in bananas, lowfat milk, vanilla and large eggs; mix well. Add in flour, baking pwdr and baking soda. Salt if you like. Mix till moist. Add in mini chocolate chips and walnuts. Fill tins 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 min. Serve warm with butter and enjoy.
