Receta Banana Crumb Cake

Ingredientes
- 5 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 pkt Coconut Pecan Frosting mix Or possibly- Almond Frosting mix
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 x Yellow cake mix
- 2 lrg Bananas, (1 1/2 c.), sliced thin
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 deg. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. In a sauce pan, heat butter and stir in frosting mix till crumbly. Set aside. In a large mixer bowl, blend in cake mix, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs and 1/2 c. of bananas till moistened. Beat 2 min at med. speed; then mix in remaining 1 c. of bananas. Pour 1/2 of batter into pan then one half of crumb mix. Add in remaining batter and top with the rest of crumb mix. Bake 55 to 60 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Cold on cake rack 30 min in upright position. Remove from pan with crumb mix on top.
