Receta Banana Muffins
Ingredientes
- 75 g butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten with a fork
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 cup wholemeal plain flour
- ¼ teaspoon bicarbonate soda
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup sultanas
- Topping:
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Method:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 180.
- 2. Cream butter and sugar together
- 3. Add egg gradually, beat well
- 4. Sift flour, soda and baking powder together. Add this alternatively with the milk
- 5. Stir in the banana and sultanas
- 6. Pour the mixture into greased muffin tins
- 7. Combine topping mixture and sprinkle over the top of the muffins
- 8. Bake for 10 -15 minutes
