Receta Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Uncooked oatmeal (I used quick cooking oats)
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar (next time I'll use more-these weren't quite sweet sufficient for my taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 tsp Chocolate extract (would probably be fine without it-I happened to have it on hand)
- 1 x Egg equivalent
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk plus
- 2 Tbsp. More lowfat milk, up to
- 1 x Very ripe banana, mushed up with a fork
Direcciones
- Combine dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients in separate container, then mix quickly. You may need to add in more lowfat milk to get the right consistency. I sprinkled the tops of the muffins with sugar to make this more of a dessert. This is a heavier, denser muffin. Bake at 400 for about 20 min.
