Receta Fruit Rolls
Ingredientes
- 60g butter
- ¾ cup caster sugar
- ½ Vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/3 cups self-raising flour
- ¾ cup sultana
- ¾ cup currants (or half cup dates)
Direcciones
- 1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
- 2. Rub butter and sugar into flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- 3. Add eggs and vanilla essence.
- 4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 5. Finely chop fruit or you can use a food processor.
- 6. Roll dough into 2 rectangles.
- 7. Place fruit in the center and roll up (like a sausage roll).
- 8. You may cut into smaller pieces if you like.
- 9. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden
