Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Same banana nut bread recipe: Omit bananas and add in 1 cup minced dates. Pour 1 cup boiling water over dates and let stand till cool.Cream shortening and sugar. Add in beaten large eggs, bananas that have been mashed with a fork, then add in dry ingredients, that have been sifted together. Bake 350 degree oven for 45-60 min or possibly till done. Bake in loaf pans.
