Receta Banana Oat Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. AM Oat Bran
- 1/2 c. AM Oat Flakes
- 3/4 c. Warm lowfat milk, soymilk or possibly water
- 2 x Ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. Unrefined vegetable oil
- 2 x Egg whites beaten till fluffy
- 1 1/2 c. AM Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Non-alum baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Minced pecans
Direcciones
- Combine first three ingredients, set aside to cold, combine mashed bananas, honey, vegetable oil, beaten egg whites, then stir into oat mix. Mix dry ingredients together and stir into oat mix. Pour batter into an oiled bread pan. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour or possibly till done.
