Receta Banana Raisin Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Raisin Bran
- 2 large eggs, beaten well
- 2 c. ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. minced nuts (pecans or possibly walnuts)
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 (8x4x3) pans, greased
Direcciones
- Put together large eggs, bananas and vanilla. Stir in cereal. In separate bowl sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and baking soda. Add in nuts and sugar. Blend cereal; mix with oil and water thoroughly. Add in to dry ingredients and stir well till all is moistened.Pour in 8x4x3 inch bread loaf pans (2). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan. Eat warm or possibly cold.
