Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. applesauce at room temperature
- 2 x egg whites whipped
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice at room temperature
- 1 c. bananas mashed
- 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 2 1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour Unbleached
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Prepare a pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, orange juice, bananas, and pumpkin. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, cloves, baking pwdr, baking soda, and raisins. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just till moistened. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake for 1 1/4 hrs depending on pan size.
