Receta Banana Split Bars

Ingredientes
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, liquid removed and halved
- Nuts, minced (if you like)
Direcciones
- Puree bananas (1 c.). Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Add in bananas, pineapple with juice, Large eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix till well blended. Stir in cherries. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 35 min. Cold 30 min. Spread with frosting.
