Receta Banana Split Dessert #1

Ingredientes
- 2 to 3 bananas
- 1/2 gallon ice cream
- 1 c. minced peanuts
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce.) Cold Whip
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Cover bottom of 11 x 15 inch pan with crumbs, save some for top. Slice bananas and put over crumbs. Slice ice cream in 1/2 inch slices and place over bananas. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze till hard. Heat chocolate chips and butter and add in confectioners' sugar and evaporated lowfat milk.
- Cook till thick and smooth stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add in vanilla. Cold mix and pour over ice cream. Freeze till hard. Put Cold Whip on and top with crumbs. May be stored in freezer for a couple weeks.
