Receta Crispy Dulong Omelette
Ingredientes
- 1 cup fresh dulong (rinsed)
- 2 eggs (well beaten)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- pinch of Salt and pepper to taste
- Canola oil, for frying
Direcciones
- Rinse the dulong carefull and season with salt and cook in their own water until dry.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Saute garlic and onion, then add the dulong and stir.
- Pour the well beaten eggs, cover and cook until the dulong omelet is done.
- *I like it well done, quite a bit toasted.
